Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket to Beauty World USA (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other dates, times, or events. In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the organizers, a credit or rescheduled date may be offered at the sole discretion of Beauty World USA.

2. Non-Transferable Policy

Tickets are non-transferable. They are valid only for the person whose name is associated with the ticket at the time of purchase. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets at a price higher than face value is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

3. Lost or Stolen Tickets

Beauty World USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please treat your digital or physical ticket like cash. Duplicate tickets will not be issued, and entry will be denied without a valid ticket.

4. Chargeback Policy and Fees

Beauty World USA goes to great lengths to provide a seamless experience. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to waive your right to dispute the purchase with your bank or credit card provider provided the services are rendered.

• Falsified Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback for a valid transaction, you agree to be held liable for all administrative costs.

• Penalty Fee: You agree to pay a $40.00 fee to Beauty World USA for every chargeback filed to cover the merchant processing fees and administrative labor associated with the dispute.

5. Admission and Conduct

Beauty World USA reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to, or remove from the premises, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or inappropriate, or who fails to comply with these terms.
