Food & Beverage : A diverse culinary lineup is a priority. We ensure no two food trucks serve the same primary menu.

Note: Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis following an application review to ensure brand alignment.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor! To apply for a space, please send a formal inquiry to Avallejo@beautyworldusaexpo.com with your business profile, including your contact details, product list, and any specific power or space requirements (such as trailer/truck dimensions). We also request that you include photos of your previous setups to help us better understand your brand.
Standard 10x10 Indoor: $60.00
Standard 10x10 Outdoor: $35.00
Standard 6 Foot Table Space Indoor: $40.00

Food Truck: $75.00
We ask each vendor to contribute one item or service voucher to the event raffle.
To ensure a high-quality experience for both our guests and our partners, all vendors must agree to the following:
1. Exclusivity & Category Caps: To maximize vendor success, we strictly limit the number of participants in each category. Slots are officially secured only upon receipt of the vendor fee and a signed agreement.
2. Professionalism & Presentation: Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing setup that aligns with the event's branding.
3. Licensing & Permits: All food and wellness vendors (Tattoos, IV Therapy, Aesthetics, etc.) must provide proof of valid state licensing and insurance 14 days prior to the event.
4. Arrival & Load-out: Vendors can arrive to location as early as 8:00 AM. Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before the event start time at 10:00 AM. Early breakdown is not permitted to maintain the guest experience. Breakdown to begin at 4:00 PM
5. Cancellations: Please note that vendor fees are non-refundable, as your commitment prevents other businesses in your category from participating.
6. Vendor to bring acceptance letter with the day of the event.

The event is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Vendors are to arrive at 8:00 AM and may not breakdown until 4:01 PM
We are located inside the Dan Cannon Hall at the Pasco County Fairgrounds. This is a indoor, climate-controlled facility, perfect for keeping your products (and your team) cool! We also have outdoor vending areas available.
Our standard indoor booths are 10' x 10'. If you require a larger footprint for a mobile boutique or multiple massage tables, please contact us for custom pricing.
Each space includes the designated floor area. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, and displays. Professional floor-length linens are highly encouraged to maintain the "Boutique" aesthetic of the event.
Yes, a limited number of booths have access to power for aestheticians (steamers, wax warmers, etc.) or lighted displays. This must be requested in advance on your application for a small additional fee.
Setup begins at 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 13. All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 9:30 AM for a final floor walkthrough
I am providing on-site services (Massages/Facials/Threading etc). What do I need?
All service-based vendors must provide proof of professional certification/licensing and carry their own liability insurance. Please ensure your setup complies with local health and safety regulations.
Only pre-packaged specialty items (like artisanal honey or jarred sweets) are permitted inside the Expo Hall. All ready-to-eat meals and beverages are handled by our scheduled Food Trucks.
We will be announcing winners over the PA system throughout the day! We ask each vendor to contribute one item or service voucher (minimum value $25) to the event raffle. It’s a great way to drive traffic back to your booth!
Absolutely. We are running a multi-channel campaign including social media ads, local community flyers, and partnerships with local influencers to ensure a high turnout.
